Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and M.S. Project Zeus CY Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus and trading as Call Crew ("Call Crew", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your use of callcrewhq.com (the "Site") and the Call Crew service (the "Service"). By using the Site or Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Who we are

The Site and Service are provided by M.S. Project Zeus CY Limited, registered in the Republic of Cyprus, company number HE 430641. You can reach us at hello@callcrewhq.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you use the Site or Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

3. The Service

Call Crew is an AI-powered front desk that answers calls and messages, qualifies callers, books jobs and passes details to you. The Site describes the Service and lets you contact us and request a demo. The specific scope, fees and service levels of any paid engagement are set out in a separate order, quote or master services agreement between us (an "Order"). If an Order conflicts with these Terms, the Order governs for that engagement.

4. Accounts and information

You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Fees

Setup fees, monthly modules and support are described on our pricing page and confirmed in your Order. Prices on the Site are indicative and may change. Fees are payable as set out in your Order and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of taxes.

6. Your responsibilities as a customer

If you use the Service to handle communications with your own callers and customers, you are the controller of their data and you are responsible for:

• providing any legally required notices and obtaining any consents for call recording, transcription and AI handling — recording laws differ by country and US state, and some require all-party consent;
• complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including telemarketing, texting and do-not-call rules (for example the US TCPA and equivalent rules in the UK, EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand);
• the accuracy of the scripts, business information, pricing and availability you give us to operate the Service; and
• using the Service in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these responsibilities, to the extent permitted by law.

7. AI, accuracy and no professional advice

The Service relies on artificial intelligence and may produce errors, miss nuance or misunderstand a caller. It is a tool to help you capture and book work; it is not a substitute for your own professional judgement and does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming bookings and important details.

8. Acceptable use

Your use of the Site and Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Site, the Service and all related software, content and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them as intended while these Terms are in force. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative works except as the law allows or we agree in writing. You keep ownership of the content and data you provide.

10. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers (such as hosting, telephony and AI providers). Their availability is outside our control, and your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's terms.

11. Disclaimers

Except where the law says otherwise, the Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will book any particular number of jobs. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Site, the Service and these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Service, your content or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or the law, or to protect the Site, the Service or other users. Paid engagements end as set out in your Order. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction, except where the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally or requires a different governing law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
